Xerox Corporation has selected Tampa Bay based communications agency, Pinstripe Marketing, to implement a channel marketing campaign to support a community of Xerox business partners. The campaign includes the development of marketing materials for nearly 100 of their IT solution partners / value-added resellers (VARs) to help them promote Xerox document management solutions to their end users.
As traditional copiers are replaced by peripheral equipment that now lives on the network as print management tools that handle printing, copying, and scanning, the dreaded “copier guy” – who only showed up when the lease was up or you needed more ink – is being replaced by IT solution professionals that are responsible for the entire IT network. Xerox came to Pinstripe for our expertise in technology channel marketing and helping VARs market to their customers directly.
The campaign materials will include a custom brochure using variable data printing, a personalized and automated email campaign, and a web-based survey with incentives. Pinstripe is managing the design and execution of the marketing campaign on behalf of the Xerox business partners so they may continue to focus on their core competencies of account management and technical support.
