Moss Feaster is one of Florida’s most well-respected funeral homes that also features a 38-acre memorial park that was formerly an orange grove. With lush landscaping, a wildlife habitat, rose garden, and 7-acre lake, it is also among the most beautiful cemeteries you’ll ever see.

To encourage the community to visit the grounds and to raise funds for Suncoast Hospice, the funeral home asked Pinstripe to help develop a unique event that would generate awareness. Together, we determined that their target audience includes a significant number of country music fans, so we created Country Nights & Garden Lights music concert in the park.
The Pinstripe event planning team created an evening with a VIP reception for sponsors, partners, and client families before the concert featuring local country star Caroline Kole and multi-platinum recording artist, Mark Wills.
Services included:
• Naming and branding the event
• Securing the talent
• Designing promotional materials
• Drafting the sponsorship deck
• Advertising and media plan
• Press releases and public relations
The advertising plan included spots on CMT (Country Music Television) and Bay News 9, event sponsor, WFUS 103.5 Country, Tampa Bay Times Weekend and tbt*, and their web platforms.
Our media relations efforts resulted in performances by Caroline Kole on WFLA Channel 8’s Daytime and by Mark Wills on WFTS ABC Action News Saturday morning show. Mark Wills was also interviewed by WFUS 103.5, Tampa’s #1 station for new country and the Tampa Bay Times.
Attendance at the event exceeded expectations and the Moss Feaster team reported several families made appointments to pre-plan their funeral and burial needs after visiting the beautiful gardens.
